Join us this spring 2020 to support Downtown Coalition Universal Fit Program. This community ParticipAction is available to all Torontonians. In our efforts to support the needs of low income members of our community we are offering a “Pay What You Can” fitness service as we work towards making Toronto a healthier City. With this Program we will also be taking part in the 2020 ParticipAction Challenge to make Downtown Toronto, Canada's most active community. Universal Fit's areas of fitness include but are not limited to Pilates, Tai Chi, Belly Dancing, Cross Fitness, Movement (Yoga) and Intensive Fitness Workouts. The fitness classes will be conducted outside ie (Nathan Phillips Square/ Harbourfront). Our Fitness Trainers will work with a large audience of 30-70 people they will create routines and design a comprehensive program that will allow everyday busy Torontonians to quickly and actively participate in the workouts safely within the Downtown core of the City.

Intense Advanced Workouts
We want all of our customers to experience the highest level of Intensity as they maximize t heir fitness level with our trainers Workouts this is not a beginner level workout. However Trainers will always provide modifications when performing each exercise.
